Most big commercial banquets and farmhouses insist on their own in-house catering. Community halls, dharamshalas, bhawans and many smaller halls don't, which is often the best value way to host a wedding, engagement, jagran or birthday in East Delhi. We cater at venues like these, bringing our cooking team, counters, serving staff and tent, lights and décor if needed.

Booking an outside caterer: what to check
- Ask the venue if there's a kitchen area, gas and water point, and any outside-caterer fee.
- Check the venue's veg / non-veg rule and timings (many halls have a cut-off time).
- Share the venue name with your caterer early so they can plan counters, staff and transport.

Which venues in East Delhi allow outside caterers?+
Community halls (MCD and DDA), dharamshalas, bhawans and many smaller banquet halls in Laxmi Nagar, Shakarpur, Geeta Colony, Mandawali, Patparganj, Anand Vihar and Shahdara allow outside caterers. Most large commercial banquets and farmhouses have their own in-house catering.
Do community halls in Delhi provide food?+
Usually not. MCD and DDA community halls give you the space, so you need to bring your own caterer, cooking team and serving staff.
Can I serve non-veg at these venues?+
It depends on the venue. Many bhawans, dharamshalas and some banquets are veg-only. The table shows what each venue's listing says, but check with the venue before you plan the menu.
